NEAX 2000 IPS - Check DDI Programming
Posted by Mel Peach on 21 January 2019 12:00 PM

Prerequisites

You need to know how to navigate MOC mode.

You need to know the last 3/6 digits of the DDI you wish to check/amend.

Nearly all NEC systems remain in DAY mode all the time. However there is a command to switch all the DDI routes from DAY mode to NIGHT and MODEA and MODEB.

Commands, Steps

Command is 76YY

CM7600 is followed by the last 3-6 digits of the DDI - most usually 4 digits. If this is programmed it will return a 'block' of 3 digits - XXX. You then go to CM7601.

CM7601 is followed by XXX and then you will see the terminating extension number when the system is in Day Mode.

CM7602 is Night, 03 MODEA and 04 MODEB
